38 weeks and leaking?

my sister is 38 weeks pg and have a leakage, some times its a clear watery fluid and some times its mucusy... she hasn't had so she it cant be *** either. she is having pelvic pressure and like a braxton hicks contraction it seems.... do u think its a big deal or should she call her doctor?? thank you
