Do you think soldiers who release military information on the web should be charged with treason and exacuted?

If you're talking about PFC Manning then I believe that people like him should be punished to the full extent of the UCMJ. He agreed to keep information that was Secret or Top Secret from the wrong hands and not only did he violate that; but he released it to WikiLinks, who turned around and published it on the Internet for the whole world to see. The damage he did cannot be undone and the people in charge of WikiLinks have the advantage of not being in the jurisdiction of the US. However, that doesn't mean we can't make an example of the people who released the information to them. Granted, the anti-war protesters will protest any action against them but they aren't the ones in charge and don't understand what the enemy can do with leaked information against troops on the ground.
