System is getting abruptly power off?

I m having Intel P4 processor, MSI Motherboard, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB Hard disc. I formatted my system, restored all bios settings to its optimised defaults.Checked all the peripherals, everything is ok but the problem persists. Please suggest.
