Does hair gel, gel deodorant, and liquid foundation qualify as a liquid for the TSA security requirements?

got2b glued hair gel and the gel deodorant is what I'm hoping will p but I'm skeptical on the liquid foundation. What do you guys think? My liquid foundation is 3oz. but my hair gel and deodorant are over the limit...
