3 yr old vomiting bile and then food?

E M, Sounds like your 3 year old has acid reflux symptoms, I had to be tube fed the whole year of 2007. I couldn't keep food or drink down and at times I would throw up food I had eaten the day before, I would wake up in the middle of the night choking from regerg coming up in my throat and it would go down my wind pipe and choke me, I would get the 3 year old to the ER or to his/her doctor asap.You would be surprised at how many babies are born with acid reflux now days.
