How do I apply for TSA in Ontario?

I just want to apply for Security in Ontario Airport. I would like to submit a general app all I see is supervisor positions that you can only get if you work for TSA already. I just want to work as a screener, at a checkpoint, or just basic security patrol. I've been doing security 3yrs so I'm just looking for a modest position.
