How do I learn special relativity without formulas? I hate math?
no i don't think due to inertia the rocket will regain all it's velocity already gained, because whenever the rocket makes a turn and makes an attempt to move to that direction due to the inertial force which will compel the rocket to maintain its previous direction, because the inertial force will b acting on the rocket independently, and so the other force the rocket will apply to move along the newly obtained direction will act independently as well.so it will have a trajectory motion, and cant regain all its velocity due to inertia, instead it have 2 apply some other force to regain it
