If business owner w/3 employees bullies/harres someone to quit - can they get unemployment? .?
He is over 60. E-mail in Aug & Sep telling us how good we were doing, keep it up, etc. In mid-Oct all chgd. If he came in moody & didn't spk to us--we were afraid to spk to him. Said we had 'attitude' problems, needed adj - told ofc mgr to have mtg with us so we would say good morning to him. In early Nov. told all we were NOT doing job the way he wanted and not to do what we were doing--but has not told us how or what we should do. We req team mtg--he kept chging date. Then told ofc mgr that before he would have team mtg - we had to give him a group apology for our attitudes, behavior, or things we have said that hurt his feelings. Ex: he made comment x2 one day about music on radio--in fun I said to co-wrker in front of him that he did not like our music--he was offended. I apologized & still brings it up. Cut all pay by end of Nov by $1 to $3 p/h. Wants someone to quit -will not fire or layoff. Wanted ofc mgr to "pick" & do it - she said no to fire her. Really bad in ofc now.
