Is it good that I cut off contact with her?

I am home schooled and wanted to go to school, and wasn't being taught (found out it was unschooling) and I did things I regret (called DHS on my parents because this girl told me it would be best) And when I told her about unschooling, she said to go to a psych ward and say I wouldn't go home to my parents until I got to go to school. I blew up at her and told her to get out of her fantasy and stop trying to break my family apart. She said she THOUGHT that would bring my family CLOSER together, and if I didn't want to do that rat my mom out to the home school forms place. I said I thought it was best we didn't talk anymore and I blocked her. Is it good I've cut off contact with her? She's 24 and said her dad's a lawyer. Was I right in doing that>
