One godown given to one person by my father but he is not vacating that godown.?
I take it you're from India or east Asia, given the term godown which means a warehouse or storage facility. You wrote in the first paragraph that your father was sole owner of the godown and "gave" it to someone through a licensed deed. Apparently your father intended for the deed to be for 33 months. In general, when a deed is signed over by an owner, ownership transfers to the second person. If you have a copy of the deed and it has a clause where it was to be held as collateral for a certain period by that other person, you can take him to court. Otherwise, I'm afraid your father was conned, or cheated, out of ownership of the godown.
