Patient with apparently idiopathic focal seizures, Ideas?
Patient is a 45 year old male displaying focal epilepsy (left upper limb) However, there are no noticeable abnormalities upon brain or spinal MRI, CSF is clean and ICP is normal, no signs of infection. No family history of epilepsy or Parkinson's. Any Ideas?
