What was the last mainstream movie you've seen which showed female frontal ? How about male frontal?

Most men do not want to see full frontal male in mainstream films and also most women do not want to see full frontal male in films....however most men do want to see full frontal female ( or any other type) in films....and some women do want to see full frontal female in films...so if you look at it...the least popular is full frontal male for both most men and women...and thats why its not more common.
