He's not that into you either, sorry. No, it doesn't count as flirting, if he was going to flirt he would have replied to the "who are you into?" question with something more along the lines of "just wait and see ;)" or "why, you interested ;)", it almost seems like he finds you annoying, no offense. I would go for a guy that shows more interest... sorry, honey
