Do i have appendicitis?

I know that people who have appendicitis usually have severe pain in the lower right section of their stomach, and even though mine is not bad at all im starting to become concerned. The pain comes and goes, and the amount of pain that i have is different all throughout the day. i have been having this pain for about a week now, and i do have a fever and diarrhea, but then again i also have a cold that is going around, so i dont know if this is a coincidence or not. i recently got an ultrasound but the doctor didn't notice anything suspicious with my appendix, although i also know that ultrasounds don't always detect appendicitis. i know that it could also be my ovaries, but the pain is more to the right of my bellyon. a couple nights ago the right side of my stomach was a little swollen, but now it isn't. is there like some kind of rare instance where you could have a very mild case of appendicitis? because i don't know what else it could be.
