I need to ship a motorbike from BC to Ontario...?

I have a 250cc motorbike that I need to have shipped from Vernon, British Columbia, to Port Hope Ontario. Does anyone know how I can find a mover that isn't priced crazy? I just had one quote of $800...I paid $7,000 to move an entire truckload of my household things 3 years ago..$800 seems ridiculous for just one small item. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
